Michael Hazen moved to New York in 1973 from Providence, RI. He was VP of Sales for the second largest importer of consumer electronics Peerless Telerad a New York based company with warehousing facilities in 4 key states. In 1978 Michael became involved with premiums and incentives servicing various companies throughout the US with concentrated focus on the financial industry. He is responsible for the first ever branch wide consumer deposit rewards program for Citibank whereas 180 branches took part in a 6 month deposit program. In 1988 Michael was instrumental in creating the largest consumer give-a-way for the Hertz Corporation.
In 1988 Michael opened New York Premium Developers where he continued marketing premiums & incentives and eventually discovered custom bobbleheads. Along with his son Andrew they have been marketing and manufacturing custom and stock bobbleheads to both consumer and the corporate community for well over a decade.
Michael, lives on Long Island, NY with his wife of 42 years, he has two sons, five grandchildren and enjoys the beach, photography, golf and electronic gadgets. He especially likes to chat with people.
